Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is the CRM software from Microsoft. Here, the entire lead development can be tracked and managed from the first contact, eg the first handing over of a business card, to the order processing.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales should give salespeople the opportunity to develop stable relationships with customers, make decisions based on information and analysis and, last but not least, close deals faster. Dynamics 365 Sales can be used to track accounts and contacts, take sales from lead to order, and create sales materials. Marketing lists and campaigns can be created and service cases related to specific accounts or opportunities can be tracked. 

There are four different sales versions from which to choose the right one for the company:

Sales Premium: Suitable for example for large companies that need a sales automation solution along with AI-driven insights based on conversational intelligence, relationship intelligence and more.

Sales Enterprise: Suitable, for example, for small and medium-sized companies that need a sales automation solution with contextual insights and advanced customization functions. 

Relationship Sales: Suitable, for example, for companies that need to link sales records with LinkedIn to improve business processes with data about people, organizations and relationships.

Sales Professional: Suitable, for example, for companies that need a sales automation solution.
